From Wild to Mild — A Burro Day of Learning
An intimate, small-group morning with the burros for donkey-loving folks who want to learn, connect, and slow down.
About the Clinic
A hands-on morning with the burros — limited to a very small group.
Join Aunt Stacy for a discussion and demonstration based class where you will not only get to see what goes into gentling a wild BLM burro, but also learn about their nutritional needs, farrier and vet needs, how to properly keep and care for them, fun activities to do with burros, and any other questions you bring with you.
What to expect
- —See what goes into gentling a wild BLM burro
- —Learn about burro nutrition, farrier, and vet needs
- —Discover how to properly keep and care for your own donkey
- —Explore fun activities to do with burros
- —Plenty of time for your own questions and quiet connection
What to bring
- —A chair to relax in on burro time
- —Water will be provided, but feel free to bring your own water bottle
