Approximately 1-hour sessions customized to your donkey's abilities and your goals. Ideal for donkey owners within an hour's drive of Aunt Stacy's Burro Blessings in Castle Rock, CO.
As space allows
Your donkey stays with us for 1 – 2 months, receiving daily training and exposure to other donkeys and people. Consider it a sleepover camp for donkeys!

About the Day
On a beautiful September morning, a small group of donkey lovers gathered at the ranch for a discussion and demonstration based class — seeing what goes into gentling a wild BLM burro, learning about their nutritional needs, farrier and vet needs, how to properly keep and care for them, and fun activities to do with burros.
As always, the burros set the pace. Between demonstrations there was plenty of time for questions, quiet connection, and the kind of slow, meaningful moments that only happen on donkey time.
